Confederation Cup USA vs. Spain

Did anyone watch the US play Spain yesterday? While I was excited that the states won, I was a little surprised. I was just curious what other people's thoughts were?

Heard it on the radio. Don't follow soccer that much, but it's really great that the US won.

I got to see the first half, and then I had to leave for work. I wish I could have been able to watch the second half. Spain had won 35 matches in a row before losing to the US 2-0 yesterday.

The final is Sunday. The third place match at 3:00 and the First place at 8:00? I think something like that. There was a great press release from Torres talking about the USA team, it was refreshing to see the Spanish team talk with such respect about the US team. It's on the FIFA website right now.

The US will play Brazil on Sunday at 2:30 ET on ESPN for the championship.
