The new semester for my school starts in about five days, and needless to say, I'm pumped. It may be hard to believe, but I am almost more excited than I was for the fall semester (and my first ever). Just the idea that I can buckle down and do even better than before and prove myself to a whole new set of professors excites me. Call me nerdy, but I'm really looking forward to it. Not to mention, I can't wait to be back on campus with all the people whom I love spending time with. Plus, I have a fairly light load this springs, so I won't be as stressed and that, my friends, is always a good thing. There is nothing to distract me from doing the best that I can in this new year. So, I repeat, me = pumped :]
Anyone else feel the same way?

I think I always enjoy fall semester more than spring semester. Fall semester to me always seems less intense for some reason (probably because of all the holidays and the built in adjustment period at the beginning of the semester).
I am with you about getting super, super excited about the new course loads. I love meeting new professors, hearing intro lectures (provided they are not too similar to other classes I have had), and new syllabi. It is excellent and college is awesome. I love campus culture. I never want to leave!
Though I understand that I may eventually change my mind, I just can't fathom it ever growing old.
ok good
so this is a different semester, but i think i haven't been this excited to start class since elementary school! lol
