PRESS RELEASE
Indianapolis, IN, December 17, 2007- For the first time in college history, students have been able to access an online database of notes for their specific classes completely free of charge. Ryan Sapp and the isleptthroughclass.com team have conducted a successful beta test at the University of Dayton this past semester and have enjoyed substantial success.
isleptthroughclass.com is an innovative way for students to upload the notes they take during class lectures. These notes are then categorized by university, class, professor, and meeting times, making the site extremely user friendly. The notes are then accessible by all members of the site to download and review. One user said, “It is like having a group of study buddies 24/7.” Ryan wanted to make the site accessible to everyone so he worked hard to ensure that membership and access to postings would be completely free to all users.
With nearly 600 members from the University of Dayton, the management team at isleptthroughclass.com has decided to launch the site at an additional 15 schools in January 2008. Through marketing research and the procurement of on-campus interns, the site is expected to continue to enjoy its new found success.
isleptthroughclass.com is focused on students. Through feedback from users, the site continues to morph into an advanced technological and social network. isleptthroughclass.com also seeks to enhance the student experience of all users. The company offers a fundraiser opportunity to student organizations. isleptthroughclass.com also employs student interns at each campus, a way they feel they can help prepare these students for life after college.
Following the January launch, the company plans to expand to an additional 15-20 schools by year end 2008. The company has shown substantial site traffic increases as well as an increase in the number of notes posted and the success is predicted to continue into the future.
