Anti-Cheating

WiseCampus.com’s Anti-Cheating Policy

WiseCampus.com is proud to be a pioneer in the online education community and is dedicated to advancing knowledge, understanding and participation in student success. Through WiseCampus.com, students, educators and subject enthusiasts from all United States colleges participate in a dynamic social learning experience that stands above the rest.

The resources we provide —lecture notes, a question and answer board, study resources, blogs, and social networking — meld to meet the needs of our diverse community. For some that means overcoming learning disabilities, while for others it creates an environment to hone skills and explore new subjects. We are excited to see it become a platform on which students can help each other and provide quality supplement material for each other.

We work diligently to prevent misuse, but ultimately, the choice to act with academic integrity is your own!

We know that most of you will never and have never abused WiseCampus.com. We share your commitment to growing what is already an exciting education community online. We want to insure that this community spreads and helps students everywhere. This is why we would like to highlight our commitment and your own. We require every member to abide by WiseCampus.com’s Anti-cheating Policy.

WiseCampus.com will take swift action against anyone found misusing the community’s site.  If a member is found to be violating our Policy we have the right to permanently bane them from the site.

A message to students:
As current and former students, the WiseCampus.com’s team understands the pressures and time constraints school creates. That being said, we also know from the unfortunate tales of our peers that the risk you take by violating your school or your professor’s code of academic integrity is not worth the reward. Copying solutions or posting unexplained final answers on the Q&A Board promotes completion without comprehension, and that’s something we don’t support on this site.

Please keep in mind that WiseCampus.com’s is a community for educators, as well as students.

A message to educators:
We are always seeking opportunities to work with educators in making WiseCampus.com a valuable resource for both you and your classroom for years to come. If you need to contact us concerning an issue of academic integrity, please e-mail us at info@wisecampus.com

As an open forum, we ask for suggestions from students and educators alike. If you would like to offer ways on how we can improve the above efforts, email ryan@wisecampus.com
